Available to anyone who’s considering training or services with Western Mass Dog Training. No purchase or prior enrollment is required.
A focused phone consultation to talk through your dog-training questions, troubleshoot a specific challenge, and develop practical next steps.

Available for new clients who want focused advice without signing up for ongoing training, as well as existing clients who have purchased a phone support package.

Choose a 30-minute or 60-minute consultation, depending on how much time you need or purchase prepaid support time for flexible help by phone or email. See terms and details.
A quick, focused call for existing clients who have a question or need help with a specific issue.

Available to existing clients or new puppy owners enrolled in the Welcome Home Puppy Transition Program who have purchased a phone consulting support package.

Calls are up to 25 minutes, and you’ll only use the amount of support time we actually spend together. You can also use your support time for questions by email.
