By checking this box, I acknowledge that Western Mass Dog Training is holding a spot for me in the class and that my payment is non-refundable 48 hours or less prior to the first meeting. In addition, after attending the first class, no refund requests will be accommodated if my dog is not able to handle the group environment or some other contingency prevents me from attending. However, if my dog is unable to handle the group environment, I understand that 50% of my course payment may be credited towards purchase of a private training program that includes at least six hours of instruction.
