Service Description

A live zoom call with Laurie for current clients in the Welcome Home Program or Support Pass. Ask questions about your puppy’s training, review program material, and get personalized feedback. One session is included with the Welcome Home Program; additional sessions can be booked individually or with a Support Call Pass. Individual calls run 30-60 minutes, and group calls 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the number of registrants.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Welcome Home Q&A Drop-In Calls ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED: Please book your call at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Laurie Johnson as soon as possible at 202.779.3109 or info@westernmassdogtraining.com. To retain your session, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. EMERGENCIES: We understand that emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible if special consideration is needed. NO-SHOWS: Calls missed without prior cancellation will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable. SUPPORT CALL PASS HOLDERS: For clients using a multi-session Support Call Pass, missed sessions count against your remaining sessions unless cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
