Service Description

This live Zoom call must be used within 10 days of bringing your puppy home. We recommend scheduling it before pickup so you can secure your preferred time slot and have your support already planned for the first days at home. Before your call, you can review key training concepts from your Welcome Home Program to help you prepare for your puppy’s arrival. During the call, we will build on that material with personalized guidance for your home setup and first-week plan. This session is designed to help you feel prepared and confident from day one with your puppy at home. One session is included with the Welcome Home Program. Additional sessions can be booked individually or through a Support Call Pass.
