Post-Pickup / Same-Week Support

Service Description

This live Zoom call must be used within 10 days of bringing your puppy home. This option is for same-week scheduling for those who already have their puppy at home and offers limited availability. Before your call, you can review key training concepts from your Welcome Home Program to help guide your first days. During the call, we’ll build on that material with personalized support for any questions that have come up, along with guidance for your home setup and next steps. This session is designed to help you regain clarity and confidence if things feel overwhelming, and to get you and your puppy back on track quickly. One session is included with the Welcome Home Program. Additional sessions can be booked individually or through a Support Call Pass.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Welcome Home Q&A Drop-In Calls ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED: Please book your call at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Laurie Johnson as soon as possible at 202.779.3109 or info@westernmassdogtraining.com. To retain your session, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. EMERGENCIES: We understand that emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible if special consideration is needed. NO-SHOWS: Calls missed without prior cancellation will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable. SUPPORT CALL PASS HOLDERS: For clients using a multi-session Support Call Pass, missed sessions count against your remaining sessions unless cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
