By checking this box, I acknowledge that Western Mass Dog Training is holding a spot for me in the class and that my payment is non-refundable 48 hours prior to the first class meeting. I further understand that, after attending the first class, no refund requests will be accommodated if my dog is not able to handle the group environment, or some other contingency prevents me from attending. However, if my puppy is not able to handle the group environment, I understand that 50% of the course payment may be credited towards purchase of a private training program that includes at least six hours of instruction and the two-year online puppy training guide.
