By purchasing the Welcome Home Puppy Transition Program, you agree to the following:
PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
Each purchase represents one program slot for one puppy. The number of program slots purchased should correspond to the number of puppies you intend to enroll.
PROVIDING PUPPY INFORMATION
After purchase, the breeder will provide the puppy's name, new owner's name, and new owner's email address for each puppy. If known, the breeder should also provide the approximate pickup date.
If the pickup date is not yet known, it can be provided later.
Western Mass Dog Training will contact each puppy buyer to introduce the program and confirm the puppy's pickup date. We will use that information to place the puppy on the appropriate program schedule. You do not need to coordinate this with the buyer.
PICKUP DATE CHANGES
The program schedule is based on the pickup date provided to Western Mass Dog Training. If a puppy's pickup date changes and Western Mass Dog Training is not notified, program content will continue to be delivered according to the previously provided date.
If a change is requested to their program schedule, Western Mass Dog Training will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
UNUSED PROGRAM SLOTS
If a purchased program slot is not ultimately used for the intended puppy, the slot may be applied to a future puppy placed by the same breeder. Unused program slots are not eligible for cash refunds.
CORE + SUPPORT
For purchases of the Core + Support program, the puppy families included in the cohort will also receive access to a private community forum and scheduled Q&A calls where they can ask questions and receive additional support during the first month after pickup.
Western Mass Dog Training will handle communication with the puppy families and coordination of their support access. You do not need to contact the buyers, coordinate the timing, or set up their support calls.
PROGRAM ACCESS
Program access is intended for the individual puppy and household enrolled through the breeder. Program materials may not be transferred, resold, or shared with other households.
An unused program slot may, however, be applied to a future puppy placement by the same breeder as described above.
